1. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing times:

  • Custom-made frames: Shipped within 3 business days due to production requirements.

  • Non-custom products: Usually shipped the next business day.

If we experience unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, or regional logistics may affect actual delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, contact us at info@imagelet.com.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

IMAGElet is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged after shipping.

All such fees must be paid by the customer.

DHL / FedEx / UPS Shipping

If you select DHL, FedEx, or UPS:

  • All customs charges and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refusing to pay duties may result in return-to-sender or disposal by customs.

  • Additional fees caused by refusal must be paid by the customer.

5. Shipment Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

If a package is marked “delivered” but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local delivery office.

  2. If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim.

IMAGElet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund according to your case.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.

IMAGElet is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us, you may request reshipment after paying the additional shipping cost.

8. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made frames

  • Personalized prints or items with custom text

  • Artwork or content supplied by the customer

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Digital goods or gift cards

Custom-made products are only eligible for return if damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.

9. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@imagelet.com before sending anything back.

Unauthorized returns (items sent without approval) will not be accepted.

10. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Multi-Currency Refunds

Refunds are processed in the same currency used during checkout.
IMAGElet is not responsible for differences caused by:

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Bank charges

  • Payment provider fees

Refund Processing Time

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for us to process the refund

  • Additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction

11. Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
