Processing & delivery
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Made-to-order or customized products: Usually ship within 3 business days.
- In-stock, non-customized products: Usually ship on the next business day.
- Shipping rates: Calculated and shown before payment at checkout.
During launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, preparation may take a little longer. We will contact you if your order is affected by a significant delay.

Customs inspections, weather, courier disruptions, and local logistics may affect actual delivery times. We’ll help where we can, but carrier schedules remain outside our direct control.
Return eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Email info@imagelet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything.
- Package the approved item securely with its original materials.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something is wrong, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

- The damaged or incorrect product
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
Incorrect address
Please verify your address during checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipment is available after the additional shipping cost is paid.
Exchanges
We replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos when contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Inspection
We verify the returned item and confirm approval or rejection.
Imagelet processing
Please allow 5–10 business days for an approved refund to be processed.
Bank processing
Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Refunds are processed in the currency used at checkout. Exchange-rate changes, bank charges, and payment-provider fees are outside Imagelet’s control.
Customs, duties & taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are set by the destination country and are not included in the order total.
DHL, FedEx & UPS shipments
- All customs charges and duties must be paid by the recipient.
- Refusing duties may result in return-to-sender or disposal by customs.
- Additional costs caused by refusal remain the customer’s responsibility.
