Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Custom-made frames:
Personalized or custom-sized frame orders may require additional 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your region.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@imagelet.com.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VISTA INNOVATIONS LIMITED is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs clearance fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipment Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or weather conditions.

If your package is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received:

  • Please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at info@imagelet.com and we will help file a claim with the carrier.

We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

6. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your package or product arrives damaged, contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item, and
  • The outer packaging (including the shipping label).

We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once you pay the additional shipping cost.

8. International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations.
However, some regions may experience extended delivery times or limited courier service availability.
