Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories).
- Returned with a proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Please note that custom-made or personalized frames cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@imagelet.com.
We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Incorrect
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized photo frames (made to order)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Clearance or final sale items

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at info@imagelet.com with your order number and photos of the item.
