1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unused, undamaged, and with original packaging and accessories)
- Returned with proof of purchase or an order confirmation
Custom Products Notice
Because our products are made to order, custom-made or personalized frames cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly.
This includes all items requiring customer-uploaded photos or custom text.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@imagelet.com.
We will provide:
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect or inconsistent with the order
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
For faster support, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized photo frames (unless defective or damaged)
- Digital products or gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
If you are unsure whether your order is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
