Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

Processing times:

  • Custom-made / personalized frames:
    These require production and are shipped within 3 business days.
  • Non-custom products:
    Typically shipped the next business day after payment confirmation.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
We will notify you by email if a significant delay occurs.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

SShipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, or regional transit conditions.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at info@imagelet.com.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IMAGElet is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

All charges imposed during or after shipping—such as VAT, tariffs, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees—are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping via DHL / FedEx / UPS

If you choose DHL, FedEx, or UPS:

  • All import taxes, customs duties, and additional handling fees must be paid by the customer.
  • IMAGElet cannot predict or cover these fees.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in delays or return-to-sender fees, which are also the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipment Delays or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Local courier service interruptions

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal office.
  2. If still unresolved, contact us at info@imagelet.com, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

IMAGElet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


6. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A clear image of the shipping label

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.

IMAGElet is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the carrier returns your package to us:

  • We can reship your order once the additional shipping fee is paid.

8. International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations.

However, some regions may experience:

  • Extended delivery times
  • Limited courier availability
  • Stricter customs inspections
